weight loss while standing in the kitchen..

being a homemaker i am finding it almost impossible to loss weight. i make and clean up from 3 meals a day and find i am always standing in the kitchen eating something! i have to feed my kids healthy balanced meals but in the process i am giving into every peanutbutter yogurt temptation that passes through my hands! any helpful tips would be a blessing..i was considering taking up smoking again :( help..

Hi shannonjyl, how are you my friend? What I can say is try to drink fruits juice only and don't eat nothing between the meals. I'm a smoker and I don't think that is a good idea start again. I wish you good luck and hope you can lose weight quickly. cheers

Hi, if you feel like you're constantly nibbling when you're in the kitchen why not prepare some low cal snacks? I'm thinking carrot sticks, pieces of apple, melon, cucumber, anything of that nature really. Easier said than done, I know, it's not quite as satisfying as chocolate, but it's worth a try. Good luck!
