A one way trip is $2.00 but you can pay an extra .50 cents and get a 'transfer' that you can use to connect to another bus or for a return trip. The transfers are only good for three or four hours but that beats having to pay an extra $2.00 to connect to another bus or get home.

honestly, i have no idea because here within our city, we ride in different vehicles called jeepneys. it is pretty cheap.
but my mama in law just came home from from china and said that your bus ride costs only about 2 pesos for the nearest point. our regular jeepney fare if 7 pesos.
is the fuel in your place cheap? in my country, it is about a dollar to a liter.

It really depends because when you ride a bus, it can take you up to your province. Well, going to some provinces cost me 60 pesos only in Bulacan, Philippines but other times when going to some place nearby, it is just 10 pesos. Most of the time, I ride jeepney or car.
Cheers!
