I read in a magazine the other day about Eva Mendes drinking a gallon of water a day and how it has really helped improved her skin. I can barely make myself drink 5 glasses of water a day and I know we're supposed to have 8... but a gallon. That's more than twice the recommended dose. Anyone have any tips on making yourself drink water? Do you drink 8 oz a day? How do you do it?

Yeah, drink lots of water and other non-caffinated liquids. Avoid liquids that will cause dehydration. Just do fluids that will hydrate. Especially during exercise. When you urinate, you will know that you have enough fluid.

I use the Crystal light singles or Nestea Singles to flavour the water so i drink more.
Other than that I've made it a rule of at a meal time i have to drink at least 1 glass of water before anything else can go into the glass.
If i crave pop or something I drink a glass of water first THEN if i still feel the want for a pop I have a diet one.

I drink as much as water as possible every day now. That will help me improve my activities. But when I do happen to be more and more active, especially going fast and exercise, I have to drink even more than that. What do you think?

I drink 1/2 a gallon to 1 gallon a day. Its easier to shug if ifts room temperate and not cold, even though it may not taste as good. I buy gallon jubs and carry them with me everywhere aroudn the house, when im on teh internet there is water beside me, watching tv, water beside me, showering, water is in teh bathroom, I guess living in the desert makes it easy to get dehydrated and crave water from tiem to time but now its second nature for me to drink so much....and yes of course my skin has cleared up sooo much!
