i live in the north of china.farmers there plant wheat every year.so principal food is wheat flour.from wheat,we can make kinds of delicious foodstuff.such as noodle,steamed bun,steamed stuff bun,gluten,bread,soup,flour face,dumpling and so on.if you are not a chinese,or you do not live in the north,you may not understand these.concerning every foodstuff ,it includes many kinds.for example,the noodle has braise noodle,pulled noodle,brittern noodle,cold noodle,marinated noodle etc. because of its variety,i love wheat flour very much.in case i do not eat noodle two or three days,i will feel bad. so friends,what is your favoriate food? if you are interested in what i have said ,welcome to china,i will show you all the foods here you may have never eaten.
