my head ache hurts so bad what should i do to alleviate the pain?

my head ache hurts so bad i dont know what to do with it... any suggestions? i guess got off from swimming earlier and since then, my head has been aching really bad and my eyes are quite red.. dont know why.. what should i do?

For starters I think you should leave your computer alone. Sitting in front of a screen is only going to make it worse! Try lying down in a dark room for a while and take some painkillers. Hope you feel better soon!
