Has anyone heard of enzyme therapy? What is it all about? From what I know, it is considered natural alternative health care and preventive care. Besides that, what is there to enzyme? Can it help mother earth? I also heard of garbage enzyme, which is using thrown food such as vegs and fruits to create enzymes to be used for air detoxifier, to lessen the harmful effects in shampoo and prolong the usage of washing liquid from 1 bottle to 10 bottles. Please share as i wanna learn more on enzymes using it for body and also environment. Thanks.
