A lot of you already know I have just enrolled in a gym. I'm just wondering how long before I see result like a flatter belly or toned arm muscles. How much chocolate should I indulge and not forfeit my workouts sessions.

Just a little each day I guess. Sort of rewarding yourself for being a good girl and doing all those workouts. I say that when one have moderation in indulging with chocolates and cakes, then one could expect results. As they say, eat a little less and move a little more and one could expect to loose all those extra pounds.

Thanks. I try to consume less calories than I can burn. But you know I find it hard to resist chocs some days especially after my monthly cycle.

I don't know about that but you should buy the diabetic chocolate or calorie reduced chocolate just to be on the save side.

I've actually started my own physical regiment for this month in order to lose the weight I have gained for being sedentary and eating far too much for the past months. Losing weight is very much like mathematics. If the amount of calories you put in is more than the calories you put out then you will gain weight. Reverse it then you will lose weight. If you really want to be accurate, then start keeping a food diary and start counting. A good site to help you with this is calorieking that has an extended data base. Furthermore, for every item that you eat, they tell how much energy you need to expend to use it up. So there you will have an answer to your question. Good luck to your weight loss goals.

It would be good if I know all the calorie counts in each food I eat. I think I'll post a chart on the wall next to the dining table. Thanks for the site.

As long as you do some exercise, it's good enough. Thanks for your post.
