How to deal missing-your-husband sadness?

Just want to share what I feel today. My husband will be leaving this Sunday for Iraq, and to work there. We talked about it and this is what we have to do, for him to work there at least for a couple of months or a year, so we could save up on something for our future. He just got a call from his company's HR that his plane ticket is ready, and his flight will be this Sunday. My heart's breaking, because I'm going to miss him a lot. I just can't sleep alone in bed. I know this is my part of sacrifice, but it's just seem hard. Not only that I would miss him but also he'll be working in an unsafe place, you know the deal with Iraq. Oh well.. I'm looking for more things to do while waiting for that month that he'll be back. I need to be occupied and busy. I'm just so sad. How do I deal with this?
