My cellphone is gone and I know who took it. We left our house to go to a relative. He entered the house by the small window at the back as he destroys the screen of it. He is only 14 years old and under age. The cellphone is gone and someone told me that they sold it. What will I do?

This has happened to many people i know. It is not a pretty sight and its not fun to lose a valuable thing. My advice kid, is to make sure you have all your valuables in a safe-place and make sure its eye-sight distance unless no-one has access to it.

I would also report it to the police. As a 24 year old, he obviously knows better. And if he did sell it, that is a whole seperate offense.
He will not learn if you try to take care of it yourself. As for you phone, call your carrier and report the phone stolen. It will take them several minutes to get that into their system so he can't continue to run up charges on your phone. Also try to remember the last incoming or outgoing call you had so you dont get charged for any numbers that he called.
Then call the police non-emergency number and report the phone stolen. Tell them the whole story and they will give you a report number. Call the phone company back and give them the report number. This way you wont have to pay much(if anything) to replace your phone.
Good luck and sorry this has happened to you.

Things like this happens in any part of the world. Kids are bold enough to do those robberies due to difficulties in life and lack of proper guidance from parents.
I suggest you report to the police for proper action. If you just let it pass by, the kid will not learn a lesson. So it's better that we report to proper authorities!
