Do you think marijuana should be legalized? Do you smoke it?

This is something that has definitely been an interesting subject as of late. Personally I'd like to add a few things, I love weed but I'm a recreational user and I do it on occasion. I'm no pothead or anything but toking it up every once in awhile serves as a nice little enjoyable experience. On to my question, should it be legalized? Well, in simple terms, yes. I could go on for days about it but I want to focus on a couple of key points. -Marijuana has killed ZERO people, no one has ever been known to overdose on marijuana because it's damn near impossible. -This is something I could argue for days but I personally think it makes you drive more carefully even though the "studies" say that it impairs your judgment and reaction time. Personally when I drive high, I get super paranoid about getting pulled over by a cop so I drive the speed limit and focus and concentrate all my attention to the street. This is something I don't do when I'm sober. If you want to argue driving while high, look in your local newspaper. You always see drunk drivers getting in wrecks and hurting others but I don't think I've once picked up a paper and read, "Man Killed in Marijuana accident" or anything of that sort. -Marijuana has many medical benefits and should be considered even if smoked, a very beneficial "drug." All the studies out there about marijuana and cancer, marijuana and brain and lung damage is a load of crap. I haven't seen one study yet that has proved that even smoking 5 blunts a day is too harmful for you. They all say that it "might do this" or "may do that" which just goes to show how idiotic their results are. They are inconclusive or we'd know more about it now. Unfortunately since the government can't tax it and it's perceived as "harmful" they have banned it and we can't enjoy our god given plant. The thing that pisses me off the most about these commercials against drugs and the "war on drugs" is that they constantly lie to teens and everyone about it. It's portrayed as the most dangerous drug ever and that if you smoke it once you will die and burn in hell. So they lie and they lie. What do you think about this and do you smoke and why do you do it?
