I think the ultimate rapper would have the Tupac Shakur. He had something to say, he could ryme for every. He had the ability to write one to two songs everyday he was so committed to his music- He also gave back to his community- Most people think he was just a gangster trouble maker- If you watch his biographies- the boot leg ones and the approved ones you can see he had a good heart and amazing skill.
