Can upload pictures earn money?

You could upload pictures and earn too. You would not get paid for the profile picture uploads, but for discussion uploads. The images have to be in accordance to the discussion, and the rules stated by the administrators. The amount will be decided by mylot, and it would differ from image to image.

I think they pay only after anyone downloads the pictures or give ratings to your picture and the amount is at 4 cents

I believe that you will get paid with images that you uploaded as long as it is related to the discussion and that it doesn't go against the photo uploading guidelines which can be seen here: http://www.mylot.com/o/photoguidelines.aspx I am not sure how much we are being paid for uploading images, though.
