Gee... If you feel that he might, you do need to find out, and find out what the scoop is. I am not sure I would want to date someone who did. You should maybe call your Local Police force, and do an inquiry there. It should not cost anything I would think for them to check for you. Or ask him, and see what he says, and watch his reaction when he tells you, to see if he is telling the Truth or not.

If you know the name of the city/town where the offense was committed, call the local police department, and ask. Otherwise call the District Court.

ask him - if you don't trust him enough that he would be honest with you on something like that you probably shouldn't be dating him.

If you call a bail bondsman or a lawyer they can tell you if he has a warrant or not.
