hello everyone.. I am just wondering does PayPal work. How do I open it? Is it available here in our country? I am currently residing here in the Philippines. Do i need some bank account for it? I am just a student and I still don't have a bank account either because I have recently noticed that I need to open my paypal account so that my earnings here in mylot will be worth it. Help me guys because I am just a beginner.. Thanks a lot... ^_^
