I help out a 90year old neighbour of mine who can't drive any more and her family doesn't spend a lot of time with her and the last time I visited her she showed me an empty paket of dried fruit that she says helps keep her regular, someone had given this pack and she hasn't been able to get any more so i went to the supermarket and found her another packet, a small thing but i know she will be happy...
