Possibly a headlamp off of a Steam Locomotive ??

Hi there. I have a very large lamp, measuring 13" across, 18 1/2" tall and approx. 7" deep. It has thick glass w/chicken wire imbedded in it, and the " reflector " being glass as well. It has " UTILITY LIGHT " "MODEL R.R." on the lower portion of the hinged front. It is made of cast iton, and has brass screws. It may or may not have been converted to 110volts, as it has a ceramic socket for a regular light bulb. The reflector is kind of like a golf ball, ( lot's of dimples ). Any help would be appreciated.
