How do you feel about the internet crimes? As a parent, what are your preventive measures to prevent your children from actually falling prey to this crimes? Have you been victimized?

Children under 13 definitely need to be supervised in some way. When I was twelve, I got my first computer and I quickly learned that there are crazies out there. Parental controls can help you with this.
