Mystery Shopping

Has anyone ever done mystery shopping and if so, have you ever gotten paid upfront? I just got a check from a company today for a rather large amount and the assignment was enclosed with the check. I'm having my bank check the validity of the check, but I was wondering if that ever happened to anybody else. I've always been paid 2 or 3 weeks after the job was done.

SCAM!!!! This is a big hoax, I had received a check for the amount around $3500.00 and they wanted me to deposit it in my bank I could keep $600 for me and then western union the rest, blah, blah, blah!!! Have seen these checks alot, but unfortunately some people do fall for it and deposit the money and go spend it and then when the check doesn't clear, the bank goes looking to you for the money!!!!

DO NOT CASH THAT CHECK!! It is a scam. I met a woman on another site and she had $8000 drained out of her and her sister's bank account.
I know of legit Mystery Shopping companies, but this is not one of them. They never pay upfront. You must submit your review and then they will pay you.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
