It varies for me. Sometimes its butter-fresh ground pepper & a little fleur de sel but not much. Or black pepper and low fat sour cream. Or just 2% Fage greek yogurt. Or I'll top it w/ steamed broccoli & minced garlic w/ olive oil. I have not had it with cheese and bacon since the 1990s. Maybe one day I'll try it again. So what's yours?

For me it's usually a nice hearty dabbing of butter and some grated cheese. Yum yum. Never added the bacon though. I've heard many people eat it with sour cream as well. Since I got sour cream in the fridge I should probably give it a try.

Hi Roxanne and thx 4 responding. I used to enjoy either fresh grated parmesan or pepper jack cheese [cheddar occasionally gives me a headache sadly] on my potato. Definitely give the sour cream a try. Try a small amt. to test run it. If U like it, then go all out. Enjoy & enjoy ur weekend. 'J'

My current favourite topping is tuna with mayonnaise. Sometimes I get creative and include a spoonful of sweetcorn, or some chopped pepper. But no matter what the topping, I must put a doppol of butter on first, it just makes it much more yummy.

I've got tastebuds that like to try new combinations. I think aI may have actually had the tuna on my baked potato because I was absolutely famished one day and that's what I had available. it tasted pretty good as I recall. Yeah I must agree, you have to add a little extra butter. It is dee-lish. :-}

I just love cheese beans or both on mine with butter, so unhealthy but so nice! I do also like coleslaw which is a bit lower in fat I should eat things like that more it's so much better for me than all the cheese I eat.
