reduce stress

Cleaning the house , washing the dishes , doing laundry ... these things are part of our every day life. Well these things that some of us might hate or ,why not, might love doing are good for the memory. A simple action like washing the dishes for 10-15 minutes can improve our menthal health and reduce stress with 20 % whilst a sport manages to improve ou menthal health with 30 %.
I do not know about you guys...but i am going to wash the dishes now. I'll be back in 20 minutes I have a full sink.

Hay that does sound positive!!
I have been having alot of stress, especially this last half year.
And everytime I have stress, I just want to sleep.
My house looks terrible.
Today I had cleaned the bathroom.
And I did feel better after that.
So,I will take your advise and get this house cleaned up.

If you are really stressed after doing that,come on over as I have plenty of dishes for you!(lol).You are right in that keeping busy will allow us the chance to stop worrying about stressful situations .It is when stress takes over our lives that we suffer burn out or a emotional breakdown.It is important for each of us to take care of ourselves so we canstay healthy.
