What is the best position to get pregnant? What time is the best? What foods to eat?

I had issues with Fertility about 8 years ago, finally had my first daughter via IVF #3, had my second daughter via Herbs. We are pretty good with not having anymore kids, but the best position is ultimately missionary when trying to get pg. Also to read Taking Charge of your Fertility. That is a great book as I learned a lot about when the best time to conceive.
