Reading and listening are most important features of person. I go for listening because, the topic that is listened with concentration sticks to our memory. Due to that reason only many of MNC's conducting group discussions in their selection procedure. By conducting group discussions they pick up leadership quality as well as listening ability of the person. Let us share our ideas.........
