Illegal Aliens Using Memorial Day to Protest

I just read this article here....
www.gopusa.com/theloft/?=704
The article states how the media is making illegal aliens sound like hero's or something, demanding they be allow to become citizens, and have all the rights of citizens. I am steaming once again. Not only are illegals breaking the law, now they choose to use the day we remember our Heroic Military men and women to try and get support for their agendas. To me this is disgraceful, and a slap in the face to the men and women who have given their lives for this country. It is time for our government to put a stop to this. If you want to be a citizen in this country, apply for citizenship, and get in line. Don't fly your Mexican flag in this country, then tell me you want to be a citizen here. You are here illegally, that means you are a criminal, and you should be sent back and made to do it right, or go to jail just like any other person in this country who breaks the law.

I think they are trying to make America afraid. I guess it is working with our politicians because they sure aren't doing anything to stop this. We voted these people in office and they could care less what we think or want. I think they will get a big surprise sooner than later. Americans are going to stand up and be counted one way or another.

There will be nothing done about this. Our government wants the illegals because it's cheap labor and keeps Mexico afloat with the money they send home to their families.
We need to enforce our immigration laws but again, the government won't do it. It'll take a civilian uprising or voting out everyone currently in office and make it clear that's why they're losing their office. Maybe that might help a little but big business is what runs this country, not the people anymore. We've sat back and let them run roughshod over us for so long that it would pretty much take a bloody, tragic uprising for us to get the country back. And as long as people have their 600 channels of crap on a big screen tv and a car to drive, I doubt that will happen.

I keep saying I think before this mess is over there will be another Civil war. I certainly hope it never comes to that, but I just think it will. My Fore Fathers came here from Germany, and Ireland. I don't speak German or Irish, They were grateful to be in America, and learned English, and taught their children the Pledge of Allegiance. They became what they aspired to be Americans. I have no problem at all if someone wants to come here and better themselves, just do it legally.

There was a huge article in the paper here yesterday about this. I live about 2 hours outside of DC. There was a huge protest there in front of the Naturalization offices. What the failed to realize is, since it was a national holiday, no one was there to hear them/care about their protest.
I agree with the original poster, if you are here illegally, you have no rights. NONE. Go home where you do have rights and file for citizenship here. If you fail to disclose that you have actually lived here for more than 6 months(without a visa or citizenship) prior to your citizenship approval, they will most likely accept with "citizenship with limitations". IE they let you in, arrest you for being here without proper approval, and deport you(so that you have no chance of ever gaining citizenship again).
