hello byola2871, that's great to know that you heard from a friend and talk that long LOL. you must be very happy to talk with him. anyway to answer your question, the longest person i spoke with on the phone is my hubby who is my boyfriend at that time. i was in a different country and he talked to me for 2 hours and he have to pay lots of money for that coz it is international call. my mom is ecstatic then coz she thinks we're crazy to talk that long knowing that we almost talk like 4x a week. it was the sweetest thing he did coz it was like valentines day and i am just so touched, i guess that's why he is my husband now, LOL! we still do talk long on the phone whenever he is outside or we talk many times if we cant talk longer. anyway, it is always great to talk with a friend and catch up with what had happened during the days that pass by. btw, my husband is not a talker on the phone so he do breaks his own record at that time, haha! takecare and hope you keep hearing from your friend then.

haha, i know that it is not boring coz i have those feelings too with friends that i havent spoke for a long time, sometimes it is just common silly stuff and just the fact that we are talking and making up with the times we miss makes the talking fun and exciting. anyway, thanks for the response and wish you all the best. takecare!

The longest time I stayed on the phone was when my bestfriend called me up to plan and settle our upcoming vacation summer getaway. IT took 4 hours because we talk a lot of things and other stuff as well hahaha. We haven't talk on the phone for months and there are lots of things to catch up so we took the liberty to update each others. lolz

The longest I have ever been on the phone was with my ex fiance. The first time we ever talked we were on the phone for 22 hours. It was one heck of a long distance bill too.

its rather unfortunate that he is now your ex but really that was sure a long one deserves an award if you ask me,did you apply to guiness book of world records?what were you guys talking about and who paid the bills?

We talked about everything, it was one of those moments where you never run out of things to say. But all our phone conversations were quite long really. Cause he lived in England and I live here in the USA. Oh and most of the time I paid the bills, cause I had found ways to call super cheap. Until I got lingo, then I could call for free. :D

nothing. call rates are very low in india and there aremany schemes which make calls free for some numbers. there are many schemes of night talk. you can talk for whole day and you may have to pay nothing. its really very good

I am having a long distance relationship with my boyfriend. Our way of communication is mostly by phone. During the weekend we could spend hours on the phone, until my ears are numb. I think the longest one was around 2hours. Wow, that's long.

I think the longest I ever stayed on the phone, was like for three hours straight and I hated it. I hate talking on the phone and wasting my precious time. I earn my money online and I have dialup internet service, so when I am held up on the phone, I lose money. I hate sitting there with nothing more to say also. It is such a waste of valuable time for me.

When my (now) husband and I first started talking we had a phone conversation that lasted 8 hours. My ear was numb when I hung up. The call was free though because he only lived 10 minutes away from me. We are married now but if he has to go away from home for any amount of time we still talk on the phone a lot.

hm,8 hours is almost half the day if you ask me that is the average working hours for an employee, how much did you get paid for that?(joking)and i really fancy that you guys still do it if he is far away from you and please keep it up,but reasonably, bills do come at the end of the month.

Probably two hours, as my hands and ears will hurt by then! I would rather chat via the internet! Much easier on my body.
