Is summer finally here?

Its lovely here in the east midlands too!..its so good to see al bit of sunlight,it lifts everyones spirits !People go out in their gardens and mow lawns,and you can hear the kids layghing while they play.Its so good after many months of being cooped up indoors to be able o open the back door and leave it open.The one bonus is that the heating isnt running for a change,giving the boiler a well desreved rest!!So lets hope we are on the up and up now and maybe at last the weather will turn around a little!

Well it wasn't too nice in my part of Scotland most of the day yesterday and today has been very dull and overcast but it is not as cold as the last few weeks so I am hopeful that summer is on the way - it really better be as my daughter is off to my sisters for the weekend and has insisted on taking summer clothes - I had to sneak a few jumpers in! It definitely feels more summery as I am sitting next to the open window and all I can smell is the scent of fresh cut grass! xxx

It is nice and sunny here in central United States. It has not been as warm as I would like it to be but I know that the is coming where I will be just tired of the heat and praying for fall.

Hello Cinderella! I live in Miami Florida so its pretty much summer here year round. Although I love traveling to see the changing seasons, I really appreciate the great weather I have here (except for the occasional hurricane) and cannot get enough of the ocean and beaches. Enjoy your day outdoors and have one on me!

It is great to see some sun here isn't it? I'm probably going to go for a walk with my Mum, but it appears to be getting a bit dull as I type. Oh well, I shall take my brolly as you know it never stays good here.

Glad to hear summer has finally come to your area! Different story here....it's freezing cold, foggy, drizzle, cloudy and last night it snowed....I think summer skipped right over us...lol!

Today is only suppose to be in the low 50's here in Nebraska right in the middle of the United States. Tommorow is suppose to get up in the 70's though so will probaly attack mowing the lawn tommorow.

You have got the sun have you, that is why it is not out in my part of the UK then it must have decided to come and visit you instead!! We have just got a lot of cloud today, but it is warmer than it has been for a while which is great. I love your idea of spending the day in the pub, no chance of that for me though, not with 4 kids, well 3 that are of the too young to do much age anyway!! Well not got anything planned this weekend, we are going away in 3 weeks so its a case of saving all our pennies for that now!! But you go and have a great day and have a drink for me!!

I think it might be, as it has been kinda mild in Scotland and as I'm sitting on the computer without wearing jumpers and woolly scoks it must be summer at long last. I fully expect it to be snowing tomorrow however.

to mylot here in sunny california we do get more sun here than in the UK but we have our gloomy Junes where its over cast and often foggy until mid aftertnoon then we get hot hot hot July and hotter aug and Sept. so right now its perfect so I sit here typing and looking out my window at a gorgeous day with my view of lovely cypress trees swaying in a gentle breeze. here I sit typing away mylotting its an addiction I tell you. tomorow i will go shopping and be out in the sun but todays my day to mylot.

Also here,in Italy, summer is coming. Today there was 26 °C and it's sunny from the last Monday. I think really the summer is coming and I'm really happy! I don't like so much the cold seasons :)

It's spring here in China, the weather is very plesant.I just came back from my May holiday. During the holiday, the sunny and nice weather company with us, my boyfriend and I both have a good time in the famous mountain area---Yandang

Its not like that here in canada. One weak summer is here next week we go plummet back into december. Don't get me wrong I like the it here but its just the weather changes can get annoying.
