What can you say about depo provera?

Depo Provera - This is the kind of injectables that I used as contraception.

This is my first time to be injected with depo. Just want to ask your opinion about this kind of contraceptives if this is more suitable than pills... Well for me, I guess this depo is more comfortable since you will only be injected every after 3 months.. Unlike pills that you had to take it everyday at the same time. And once you forgot to take the pill, it will no longer take effect. How about you? What's your opinion?

It made me put on weight. I look bloated once. It broke my sister's face all out. We both are on different things. I am on the patch now. That Depo is a killer!

I see. This is my first time though.. I was injected of depo just last week. That was my doctor's recommendation and she hadn't told me about weight gain.. She only told me about late menstrual and only spotting.
