Are you afraid of the dark?

Most of us have fears. When I was a kid, I was afraid of the dark. I would tell my mother and father to keep the lights on. I would beg them to. I do not know why I was afraid of the dark maybe because me and my brother are fond of watching horror movies at night. Good thing that I was able to overcome this fear. I can now sleep in my own room with the lights off.

I am afraid of the dark especially when I'm alone and everybody is asleep. I feel like somebody is following me or something. Plus I got this weird and scary images in m mind whenever I'm alone and when the lights are gone. I would not watch horror movies or anythingthat migt scare me especially at night. At home, we can't sleep with the lights off. We always leave te lights on, especially when one family member is away. I don't know why I'm afraid of the dark. Mybe it's just the weird images inside my head, or maybe it's true.

I am not afraid of the dark but am more cautious if I have been out and need to get back into the house without any lights on....I also do not watch horror movies because that really scares me
