I don't think they are, but you should read the TOS yourself to see what is acceptable and what is not. Links are ok if they are not benefiting you directly. If you are providing information to someone, that's fine, but if it's just a link to one of your sites that pays, that's a no-no. They are usually deleted, but not immediately. Things are slow today so maybe they have more time to peruse and delete inappropriate discussions. You're still at zero now. Post a reply to something else without putting in a link and see what happens. What you do on your own discussion won't make your number change, so make sure it is another discussion. (go look at mine!).
