hi naseefu.....Yes this is very true that I believe in my religion because my parents and forefathers were following it. Now that I am adult and can think, I find that all religions are respectable and all of them preach wise and good path for us in life. so I have now decided not to give much importance to any religion, but just follow the good preaching that is preached by every religion. I can feel God inside me and I know as long as I will be honest and will not hurt anybody and will live with clear conscious, God will bless me.........and I am trying my best to get all his blessings. Have a nice day.

Yes. I was raised a Christian or Baptist. I believe in that religion because that is what I was taught when I was raised. I do have some beliefs in other things though but I always hold my faith in the lord also. I have some beliefs of the Bible too.

I believe in one and only religion ie the religion of love. There is only one God and he or she is omnipresent.I am totally against any religious conversion. We can believe in any religion.I think all religion are equally good and there is no bad and good religion.

Sreejith sir,
I think there must have good and bad religion. But we cannot say which is good and which is bad with out any study about the religion.
And for me love is only a feeling. It is what the religions try to teach us.Religion is a method to live. That includes the love also. Thanks sir for response and love.

I'm not religious. I am very spiritual though but not becuse of my family. In fact growing up my parents didnt follow any religion etc etc (I did on my own though)...What is my path and why do I follow it? Well my personal spiritual path is a blend of Witchcraft, Buddhism, Vodou and Native American Spirituality....Why is it my path? Because its part of me from deep within my core being...and has been all my life (but I wasnt aware of it until well into my 20s)

My family isn't religious, nor am I, but that's not necessarily just because they are not.
I have learnt about many religions and I like many (or some) morals and beliefs in each, but I don't believe in one God or one way of life and a set of rules set by one specific group.
I live in keeping with my own moral codes and spirituality =)

My religion now is the same with my parents. I was raised on the religion and is decided to keep it all my life.
Some years ago, I was convinced that religion doesn't really matter. What really matters is our relationship with God. We don't have to change religion to have relationship with the Father through Jesus Christ.

I am of the Pagan religin. I follow it because it follows more of what I have always believed in. My family does not follow the Pagan religin and that is fine, they dont have to. They dont even have to accept my religis choice as long as they dont put it down. As long as they show respect for my religin I will show respect for theres.

I know in my own life, my mother's belief in God and prayer had a great influence on me while growing up. I had prayers answered and witnessed healing after fasting and prayer. I was a Lutheran, growing up. When I graduated from highschool, I was invited to a church meeting at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I thought they were the most kind and friendly group of people I had ever met. I observed them for a month and they were for real. I enjoyed the six lessons that they give to all investigators and was baptised in 1964. I have experianced joy, peace, healing and miracles since joining so long ago. All my questions were answered and I've never regretted my decision to join, and live Gospel standards. Do I believe in the Church...Oh! yes I do. There is nothing on this Earth to compare with it. Hugs....Signy

I am a Christian, I believe in God, my father is an agnostic as he doesn't really believe in anything unless proven but not an athiest as he is openminded. I took myself off as a child as my parents didn't go to church to the local Salvation Army and then to my friends dads church, lost my way a bit through my teenage years, but now attend church as often as I can and prayer at home and have a very strong belief in God. Hi there naseefu, I was brought up a catholic but I don't follow the religion any more. So I wouldn't say that I have a religion as such but I suppose I do have christian feelings. I do try to be good to everyone and I try and treat people as I would like to be treated. I don't mind what other religions other people have, that is fine by me. I am interested in all of them and how they affect people however, I feel too many wars have taken place because of religion and it is still going on. Such a shame as all religions believe in peace and actively encourage it, yet all people do is fight over it. Very sad!

I was raised by my parents as Catholics. I can say that Im not a Lax Catholics, I did go to church regularly 100% attendance, I became a choir member, guitarist, mentor, youth leader and almost became a seminarian.
It was in my college days when I shift my religious affiliation. I became a Member of The Church of God, Int'l Nov.13,1998 until now.
Before, I just belive into something because my parents thought that. But, when time comes when I have my on thinking I decided to join the Church of God for the following reasons(I'l try to be concise as possible):
1) All of its doctrines are true and correct, basing on the bible.
2) It bears the testimony of christ, written in
Luke 21:13-15
"And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer; For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist"
---here in my country-Philippines no one had succeeded in proving that our church and our minister are preaching a wrong or non-biblical doctrines according to the bible. Many minister, pastors and religious leaders in our country and also some from U.S. have tried to do so, but sadly to say all of them didnt succeed. So, whosoever, has this testimony of Christ, it is my faith that that group/sect is the one being testified by Christ. Im not boasting to you or to anybody here in MyLot, But it is my Faith. Of course anyone here can contest what i've said. We welcom everyone in our sect who wants to observe, studying our doctrines and teachings and we also welcome are detractors that keeps trying to find something they can use against us, to falsify our beliefs in the bible.
If you are interested or wanted to falsify our belief and prove that yours are the true doctrines of Christ,or you have any questions on the bible, go ahead take your best shot. your very welcome. Visit any of our websites
