Does anyone else who has spacisity taken Zanaflex?

The reason I am asking is because at first it seemed to help me but now it is causing my body to shake and my muscles feel very tight. I was taking Baclofen and it didn't seem to help me to much at all. If it keeps up I will tell my doctor.

I take Zanaflex. I tried the Baclofen and it did not help me at all. The Zanaflex 'kinda' does. I think you should talk to your doctor. Why be on a medication if it is not helping you. I go through spasms where my lower half will get real tight and shake on standing. I was do this before the Baclofen or the Zanaflex. (((HUGS)))

Yeah I did it before both to. I thought zanaflex would be better then baclofen. Maybe my body needs time ro adjust to it. I go through them where my shoulders shake somethimes. Here latly it has been just my lower body. It happens after I have set down in one spot for to long. Maybe I need to get up more and move around. Thanks sherrir for reaponding.
