whos the best ISP to use

Im getting internet installed in my home and i need to know whos the best to use .Ive had AOL and dont really want to go back to them... help me out

There is a reason why people call AOL AOHELL. The best i could say would time warner cable or comcast because they offer cable internet connections which is faster then dsl. Bellsouth is also a great one a dsl company with there dsl cheaper then aol's dial-up. Or a local company which i am sure you have wherever you are located.
