How do you unwind when you're stressed out?
I usually get a whole body massage or even a foot spa. It just relaxes me and de-stresses me.
How about you? How do you unwind?

A Bubble bath, some music, a walk, a movie, just going to the water and looking at it,a good book debunking the mind of the pressures of the day. that's what gets me to unwind.

I think that is one of the best and expensive.Which i dont think spend that much at least it is expensive in the area i live in.
I would sugest we also look for alternatives as there are much better stress relievers available freely and effective. I have 24 of them and most of them are free and effective. You can check thos in my site by accessing my profile.

I usually play some video games. Laying the smack down on some computer controlled characters makes me feel better somehow. I'll also eat some food I really like. I won't gorge myself or anything, I'll just get myself a little snack. I love food and it helps me unwind.

When I'm stressed, I usually go out and buy whatever I want. I mostly spend too much on food when I'm feeling like so down. I also buy clothes or shoes or whatever just to make myself at ease. Before I used to watch movie in theaters but I prefer to just watch in my room and just buy lots of food.

Wow, I envy how you unwind.
I usually play some sports games to unwind and relax from the stress brought about by so many factors. I can play basketball or billiards most of the time. And it feels good when you bring out those sweat. Have a happy unwinding!

I stretch out on the sofa and do one of two things. One will be to listen to "middle period" Van Morrison (his albums from about 1980-ish through to about 1991-ish). The other will be to stretch out on the sofa with no music on, and listen to birdsong coming from the woods nearby.
