How many hours do you sleep in a day? do you fell happy in those sleep hours?

I sleep daily 8 hours and some times i sleep 6 hours but i don't mind anything and i need to sleep at least six hours in a day and i get only 4 hours good sleep and remaining hours go to the dreams and some reasons so i can sleep well few hours so how many hours you can sleep without getting dreams and those some more reasons so i can tell you one thing only we have to do is keep our mind MT when we go to bed so i am doing in the same way so do you have any additional tips.

I know that a human being spends 1/3 of his or her life sleeping so the recommended dose would be 8 hours out of 24 hours a day. for me, I see spending 1/3 of my life sleeping is a waste of time. so i used to sleep 6 hours a day. meaning I wanna spend 1/4 of my life sleeping.

I really need about 8 hours a night. I'm lucky if I get 7, some nights less than 4. I know I didn't get enough good sleep if I lay down for a nap and dream! I know they say that we should stay on our regular schedule on days off, but I just can't resist lingering in bed when I can do so.

I try to be in bed by 11 and get up at 7:30, but when I start waking in the middle of the night, then I go to sleep earlier and then I wake up even more in the middle of the night.

I think it is not good to wakeup in the middle of the night because one of my family doctor told and we need to have sleep at least in the middle of the night so we may get good sleep so why don't you sleep at the time so can you share with me?

Most of the time we don't have good sleep so we may get dreams,worries so many things so if we are lucky to get good sleep at least four hours so which time do you usually sleep?

my sleep is just 7 hours a day. although on a weekend its much longer. 9 hours sleep.

so it is not bad if you sleep 7 hours so it is enough for your body and i know most of the people like to sleep more hours in the weekend so how many hours do you sleep in the weekend?

I think my sleeping time is bad, maybe 4 or 5 hours a day. Its my job to kepp me awake and when I'm ready to laydown and sleep, Theirs the time I think lots of thing and worst part is, because of this I cannot sleep for almost or more than an hour. Specially whenI'm thinking how to improve my online income. Does it happen to you too?

if you sleep fours in a day and i think it is not good for your health and i can recommend you sleep at least six hours in a day because i got this information from a doctor and that is good for you also.

I usually manage to get eight hours sleep myself each day and if I don't get overtired and a bit grumpy. Sleep is important for good health. Ellie :D

I go to bed most evenings between 10 and midnight and awake between 6 and 8 each morning. Sometimes on a Sunday I may have an afternoon snooze after dinner but not that often. Ellie :D

We can adjust our own timings because we have a chance to do our work at any time because Sunday is holiday for everyone so if you sleep around 10 clock in the night so you won't get any problem and i sleep in the same timing in India it self.

So you won't get any problems and your already sleeping eight hours so eight hours is maximum for everyone and i sleep on time in every night so what time do you sleep every day?

I sleep 6 to 8 hours when I don't have a work but sometimes when I do have work, I usually have a hard time going to sleep I dunno why.

We can get some hard time to sleep and we can't sleep with out doing that work because and we need to scarify our sleep for that work and i did so many times like that and some times i didn't sleep whole day so six hours is minimum sleep so did you face any problems when you didn't sleep well?

In fact, i don't have specific hours of sleep. sometimes i have about 10 hours in bed, for i sleep for sometime and wake up and then finds it a bit difficult to sleep again. sometimes i have nightmares. i don't really know how to describe my sleeping hours. example, weekends i wake up to watch european soccer and those days i sleep less than 6 hours. only that i find time in the afternoon to redeem some hours.

We have more chances to get sleep in the afternoon and of course i have been Indian cricket in the midnight but most of the time i prefer to sleep early so if you sleep ten hours it is good for your health.

Sometimes, 4 maybe 5 hours, and sometimes 8,9,or 10. Quite often I doze while trying to watch something on television.

majority of people sleep at least 6 hours in a day but few people can sleep four to five hours in a day and i think it is not good to sleep four hours so at least six hours will good for health.

so if you adjust your timings so then there is no problem but i can suggest you to sleep at least six hours in a day so try it once and you may get good results.

I know that a little more sleep would be better for me, but sometimes I get so caught up in what I am doing, that the time just passes before I know it. Regardless of what time I go to sleep, the time I have to get up doesnt change, so I end up with less sleep.

Hy, well I sleep around 6-7 hours a day, sometimes 8 in weekends around 12, I could sleep all the day, When I have nothing to do then I'm sleeping a little, and after that I feel good, and fit :D, Greet.

if we sleep more hours we may get more energy because our mind takes some rest at the time so i like sleep more than 8 hours but i don't get time to sleep here. when did you feel sleepless days?

I sleep daily 7 Hours and sometimes i sleep up to 6 hours i like getting a deep sleep which is with ought dreams because dreams are just waste of time.They are just our imagination.Sometimes i get only 4 hour sleep because of my School Work.

some times we may get unnecessary dreams and which we can't imagine and i think you told about dreams are not necessary it may correct in some times and if we sleep four hours without dreams it is enough for us.
