Have you ever lose your weight? do you have any tips to reduce our weight?

I am average weight person but just one month and increase my weight and i wonder i didn't dinner in the night also but how can i increase my weight so i don't understand the reason and why suddenly i becoming fat but not too much but i need to do some exercises now and i want to go and walk on the ground so do you have any tips to reduce my weight so i think most of the people suffering these kind of problems.

see you are skipping food so whenever you are eating something may be you are taking littlebit more as u must be hungry.dont skip food .take less amount food but increase the frequency of taking food.and another thing is that if you are eating and sitting at home like working infront of computer then definitely you ll put on weight.so do some excercise.

i have been doing some exercises and i am not putting weight now because i have been balancing those things and i do some breathing exercises can help me to reduce my weight. so do have any additional tips for that one?

I need to excersize more and supposedly eat less carbohydrates. I am so fed-up because I always need to watch what I eat and have gained lots of weight the last couple of years and cannot get rid of it. Read another interesting posting here about the heart rate to speed up metabolism...I hate it to do excersize but suppose that is the way to go.

we have to do some daily excersizes and to eat less food and fat food they are only key things to reduce our weight so do you have any tips to reduce our weight?

To lose weight you must eat, but eat properly. Eat breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner. Choose low-fat snacks & meals. Have small portions of meat & avoid eating carbs at night. Drink plenty of water, too. If you are hungry at a time when you shouldn't eat, drink more water, it gives you a full feeling. By eating regularly you keep your matabolism going. You must eat breakfast to kick-start your matabolism for the day, then eat to keep it going. Exercise around the same time each day. The more you do, the faster you will lose weight. Walking is one of the best exercises. To burn fat faster, get your heart rate up, then bring it back down, then up again. At a gym, here's what I was told to do on the treadmill: walk at a speed of about 5.5 kph on flat for about 5 minutes, then raise the gradient to 8, lower the speed to 4 kph, walk another 5 minutes, then repeat. Doing this makes the heart rate go up and down which burns fat faster. Of course, we don't always have access to a treadmill, but you could do this other ways. eg if you go walking, speed walk for 5 min, then slow it down for 5 min, speed up again, etc. While exercising you are burning fat. Then there is after burn. The more exercise you do the longer the after burn will last so you will burn off more by doing more. Do your normal exercise during the day, then at night, after dinner, do a little bit more so that your body will continue to burn fat while you sleep. Reward yourself. Don't let your body go completely without treats. If you do, you will crave them more & you will gain weight quicker if you diet, lose weight, then go back to eating the way you were. Get a set of scales & give yourself rewards for losing, maybe at the end of each week. Also remember that when it comes to scales, sometimes they may not show a great loss because when you exercise you build muscle tone. Often people find its better to measure their waist & judge by that then actual weight. Or what I do is judge by my clothes - I know I've lost weight when my clothes feel looser. You information help me lot and i am going to implement those your valuable points now on words and no one didn't give such type of guidance to me and i take low meal than now and evening i take snacks so i can reduce easily so do your friends face same problem?

First of all, you need to set your goal, and that is to lose weight. Have discipline. Do exercises and reduce your calorie intake. It is good that you do your exercise before you eat anything so that you will be burning the stored fat in your body and not just the food you ate. Do not take in sugar or energy drinks while doing the exercise, because this will just provide you extra calories to burn, and less stored fat to be utilized. Calorie intake should be less than the calorie you burn. Lessen the amount of food you eat in each meal but eat frequently. Be sure to eat your breakfast within the first two hours after waking up. After 2-3hours, eat your snack. 2-3 hours after, eat lunch, 2-3 hours after eat snack. 2- 3 hours after, eat dinner. Be sure not to eat anything 4 hours before sleeping. This way, you will be sure that your stomach is empty while you sleep which in turn makes your body a stored fat-burning machine during sleep. Drink lots of water. Lastly, do not deprive yourself. Enjoy what you're doing. And stay focused.
