About new comers in Mylot

hello 98765m, dont worry you are not alone on this coz i am the same, i feel it is ok and i dont want to push them to participate or do something base on what i want, the fact that they accepted my invite is great enough for me. BUT if you really want to make sure that they will participate try to email them or just message them out, ask what they think about mylot or just tell them your experience here just keep on doing that till they tell you to shut up LOL kidding aside, you can only hope that somehow they will realize from your word that mylot is a great place to go or maybe you can try to write a review about mylot and hopefully they will read it and somehow be enticed. i can only guess though, sorry bout that. anyway, just keep trying and hope one of these days you'll find a friend who will be active here. takecare!

I am a new comer to mylot, I love posting and want to make friends etc as well. I don't really understand what this post is about properly, but would love to know, esp as I'm a new comer, and I want to do things correctly. I can't referr my friends here etc as I don't want them to know I am here, as I'm posting things i don't really want them to know about. Could someone please tell me how this works in very simple terms, and hopfully it will be clear for me to understand and to take part

Quite normal! I have a lot of referrals here (check the 'top referrals' link bottom left of this page) and only a few hundred of them are active at any one time. I work hard at becoming friends, offering advice, posting on their discussions and making them welcome but with some they just don't want to know. A big thing I think is to get them to bookmark Mylot so that they can get back here again easily. Sometimes I think they sign up and then get lost a few days later.

Some of my referrals are like that. Onlt come back a couple times. sometimes i help the by respond their discussion.

I also don't waste my time on referring to otgher people. Because most of internet users want to become rich overnight. And they don't want to post so many discussions and responses to earn a small amount daily. So i am just posting myself as much as i can. Thanks

The people those who are not understand the system of mylot, clearly.. and also the people use to think that, once they joined they espected to received the Dollers and dollers of income.. how is it possible..? On the first they use to post couple of discusions or so else at the maxmimum of 10 post they use to make, at the end of the day, or next day, they will get the earning of $0.30 or $0.40 even somebody get $0.17 or like that.. They got fed up, that even i have spend half a day, i got only less than half a doller, why should i have to spend time here.. like that they just ignore it.. Thats what i have recoment the new commers to gothrough a minimum 10000+ discussion/responses of our senior people's in mylot. Then they will realise the facts of the mylot, how it works, what they have to do, what they don't do.. how they have to present their discusisons and how they can respond.. and much more details they can gain from those discussions/responses. Infact i have done that.. If they done that, if they are really interested they will defenately understand the system and continue in mylot for long time, if they aer not interested, they just went away.. its basically how they set their mind.. thats all.. any way, thanks for the discussion to help me to post my view..

I know. mostly when they didn't have idea about how the earning worked, they would just stay inactive or even give up. I think if someone has referrals, the person should give some tips about how to earn, probably by a private message or something similar. at least something to encourage them and to lead them, so they won't just sit there being confused about how things work. that way, you would be able to keep your referrals in good earning spirit. but getting referrals even is not easy even from the beginning, and to keep them becoming our referrals would be another hard work.
