I doubt if they read our posts. They will wear out too soon if they try it

They might, however, I am convinced that they would have to split up the work otherwise they would never sleep. I think I would be interested in meeting them. Savy coders too. If it is anything like my programming experience it is an unending job. Always something... All I know is it just keeps getting better.

I believe they do, I think this is why over the last few days it is much better in here, people are actually putting more sensible topics in and I think the rubbish is being deleted which is good...

I think that has a lot to do with the guidlines they just created. i personall think it was a good idea. I joined this site thinking I would be able to read quality material. Like what people think about what is happening now. You know current events.

I would think that they have a few moderators...but I think that for the most part they are relying on users to report abuse on here.

I agree I don't believe any of them are actually reading the posts. They are just going on what we report.

they say that they have people doing quality control everyday. But I don't know what to think.

I think there quality control is us the members. they have the ratings system. and they have the exclamation if we think something is offensive.

i think that if they read our posts and used the site for a couple of days they could probably work out the glitches quicker.

probably not. they should pay some of their top users to monitor what is going on then.

I am sure they have someone in there reading our Comments, and complaints, and trying to help make the site better. I know it is still acting up today though..

how do they keep count. and when they are keeping count how do they know the quality of what we are posting? Is it by the ratings that every member is supposed to give? you know the plus and minuses. I just don't understand. They say we need to leave quality posts but if they aren't reading them how do they know what is a quality post. I think they are relying on the users rating each post. if you get a negative you don't get paid for that post. if you get a positive you do get paid. I am not sure what they do if you don't get rated.

Yes, I believe that they scan most posts and read some. It's quite possible that they reply to some and post some too. I know that I would make sure that were done if I were running it. It would be an essential part of quality control, both to maintain the standard of topics and to know what problems the users were having. (Aprilsue, if you must post lying down, I shall have to put my other owl on!)

with the traffic here, they can probably afford automatic filtering and occasional check-up.

Someone is moderating. If you launched a business, forked out cash and time to create it, you would certainly pay attention. So I say, yes, they are paying attention.
