Diabetic Friendly dessert recipes?

Try this idea. Take your favorite recipe and substitute Splenda. Splenda is a substitute sugar that you can bake with. I recently made Peanut Butter cookies and subsitututed with this sugar and no one could taste the difference. But try it out ahead of time to make sure you know it tastes right. Otherwise, the stores offer a wide variety of Diabetic foods and desserts if you ask a worker.
