how to earidicate spaming on your computer?

hello everybody do you all know how to eradicate spamming in our computer by others who try to take all our vital information and all? if some one knows some of tricks and all.. then please post those tricks here we all will be thank full to you guys thank you bye bye have a nice day

Almost all of the modern anti-virus software have the ability to scan emails. Do not tell me that there is no such software installed on your computer(there maybe actually no if you use Linux).If you have such an software, you can be sure that most of your emails are safe enough to browser.
If you use online email system such as gmail, they can do what the anti-virus software do. If one email is dangerous, they will tell you by some striking red color.
