Do You Think That Gym Is The Best Place to loss Your Weight???

I go to gym for losing my weight and keeping healthy myself. And it really works. I always feel active and i can eat more and i always remain smart and handsome. Many people don't want to do hard work and they want to reduce their weight by other easy ways. They use weight loss pills' yoga etc. Do you think gym is the best place to loss your weight in healthy way? And do you go to gym or do you try to loss your weight by any other ways? Thanks

I don't think you necessarily need to have a membership to a gym to lose weight, a lot of people either can't afford it, or don't have the time for it. But you are right, the easy ways such as pills and such aren't really going to help a lot. What I do to get a good work out is I play my video game, Dance Dance Revolution. After half an hour of that I am sweating like crazy. I don't weigh myself often, but I can tell I have lost weight since I started that. It cost be about the same as a 1 month gym membership, but I have it forever and don't have to ever put more money into it (unless I want another version of the game).

Street fight - Did you ever have a serious street fight with someone?
Gym fees is not high in our country. You can join gym in 3$ membership fees and 1.50$ per month fees. I think this is very cheap. Therefore i always go to gym. Thanks

That's pretty good. Here in the US the gym memberships are $40 per month and up.

I go to the gym nearly every day. I joined a gym because it's not safe to exercise in my neighborhood for various reasons and my neighbors don't like all the noise from my exercise equipment at home. But, that doesn't mean that everyone else has to join a gym, too. Some people can exercise at home with no problem. But, a lot of people don't really realize that diet plays a huge role in losing weight. I know of a lot of people who do a ton of exercise but don't watch their diet. They can't seem to lose any weight and will often gain weight.

That is really fantastic. I am glad that you have go to a gym almost once daily. I am glad you are a member of that fitness club. I understand that your neighbors do not like loud noises next door at all. I would still love to exercise at home. I always love to lose weight.

I don't think so. You waste energy just getting to the gym when you can do some form of cardio at home.

Well, I do not think you necessarily have to go to a gym or fitness club just to lose weight. You can exercise and lose weight at home, outside. I used to go out for long walks/hikes. I am always trying to maintain my health overall; especially my cholesterol and weight. I would have to get into the habit of walking long distances.
