how to diagnose early symptons of Pancreatic cancer

is there anyone out there also have relatives died of this silent cancer? And how are they cope with it? In this discussion, maybe we can come up with some tips on how to disgnose this cancer earlier before it manifest quickly, and also some pain relief tips
