Does Youtube pay you for adding videos?

Can someone tell me if youtube pays you to add videos? I keep thinking that you just add them for free so anyone can view them.

no actually youtube dont pay you for uploading the videos but you get the credits if your video that you had uploaded, is viewed much more times

No. Some sites do, but YouTube is the biggest, so you get more "fame".

no, there is no income for uploading videos on youtube , there are a few places that pay you but im dont think im allowed to post any links here.

It does not pay you for uploading videos... You are posting it there just to share it with everyone around the world.
