if you were offered another job that you have been working part time and offered a full time position. THis is really what you want but know that the pay they offered is not really that great. I work full time on the graveyard shift and I hate it so much. I have been working for a fast food place now for over a year now. I love the work and love meeting and talking to the customers. I have never done anything like this before in my life and I am 48 years old. The pay they offered is less than half of what I make now. How come things have to be so difficult in life? I know he can't afford to pay much more until business gets somewhat better. He is going to build another store so means will get more pay in the future but don't know how long will have to wait. My husband told me it is up to me but I know that if I took job things would be tight for awhile. So tell me what would you all do? Love to have some good honest responces. THanks.

i would choose the higher paycheck. nowadays prices all went up and having a higher paycheck would make it a more easier. it would help you save up for the rainy days too.

yes I had to choose the higher paycheck at this time. Money is one thing can't be without that is for sure. Hopefully can save some and move onto something I like. Thanks.

Well, sometimes you need to weigh the pros with the cons. Put them both out on the table, and decide which is worth it most to you. That would mean Finances as well. But if that would give you more Freedom to do some of the things you Love to do, then it could be worth it some too. But I know when it comes to Finances sometimes this plays a Big part in what I have to do in life, and I am sure yours too as well. But sometimes Happiness needs to be there as well. All I can tell you is that just Pray about it, and decide which is the Best way to go for you. It will all work out for the Best, and know whatever happens from here, is for the Best.

Yes weighing pros and cons is a big part of it for sure. I did that and decided that right now is not a good time to take the lesser paying job. Was hard to turn down but for the better. Thanks for response.

Always, in my opinion, take the job that will make you happier with less money unless your direly need the extra bucks. I think the improvement in your mood overall might offset your lost money.

If I am offered another job that I enjoy even with not so great pay, I would rather accept than working on a graveyard shift that I hate. That's me but you have your own choice. We are responsible for our own choices, and in the end we must accept the consequences. It might be good for you to enjoy your life while working. Have a wise day decision!

You are so right. I feel that way but would feel better if had a few more bills paid off before I do accept it. Thanks for your response.

Follow your heart. Do what you love the money will follow. It's actually a book title.

I so want to follow my heart but you know how things can be at times. You second guess what you really want in life. THanks
