I would vouch for Microsoft Front page. It is relatively easy to use. I have used it for ages and even beginners can make their way in it.

Hello mylottians thank you for posting your comments. I Use WYSWYG and that is the best i ever feel. That is the editor is what you see and that is what you get. Thank you have a nice time keep mylotting.

I have been using Frontpage ever since Ms Office 1st started, and I'm so accustom with its tools that I look for it in other HTML editor and failed. Maybe my needs for html codings are simple but I could surely amaze you with its beauty and simplicity.

One good one would be NetScape Composer which is a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) program that comes with the NetScape 7.2 browser and is free. At netscape.com is where you can download it.

If you don't want a WYSIWYG editor, try something like Notepad++
