I have several gardens in the front of my house. I have Lilys, tulips, crocus, and Hybisus. They are blooming right now and look lovely. Today I plan to get busy and tend to them. It has been so cold here I have yet to get out in the yard to tend to things. I also have a nice rock garden out fron full of all sorts of different things, fun. Good luck to you on your garden.

I have some favorite plants in my courtyard. There are two trees of start fruit and a couple of rambutan trees. I do plant some beautiful orchids in the shades of the trees. Normally blooming orchid flowers could last longer and this make my courtyard to look more pleasant. Besides, I do plant some vegetables there. I feel happy to spend some extra time on weeding, watering and fertilizing in my little veggies garden daily. It's really a great pleasure to harvest the crops.

I have a rose bush in my front yard and one day I would love to have a couple of flower gardens. I love to see beautiful flowers growing in my yard. I do have a veggetible garden. It's the first one I have ever had and so far it looks like it's going to do good.

I usually plant a lot of flowers. Right now there are some tulips left from the spring. I uploaded a photo of my 1st annual flower bed.
This year I have different plans for it. I am going to remove the perennials and build a parking area with flat stones. There isn't enough on the border of the flower bed to make it.
On the other side of the yard not in the photo I built a wall with some flat stones. I'm going to tear it down and make the flower bed smaller and rebuild the wall not as big so there will be some left for my project.

On the sides of my front door I have flowers and flowering bushes, on the right side I have a dark knight (butterfly bush), spirea, grape irises. On the left I have more grape irises, not much else for summer I had some spring flowers.
I am planning on moving my spirea cause its choking out my butterfly bush. On both ends of my apt. I have large lilac bushes, and crape myrtles. On the side were you drive btw our buildings I am planning to either plant a climbing rose bush or some sweet peas. On the back side I am planting some grape tomatoes and large beefsteaks in containers. And probably some herbs on a large shelf unit I have.
If my ground was better and my health better I'd be having green beans too.

I have several gardens around my house. I'm very lucky, I live in the country and have about 3 acres of yard, so there's plenty of room to have plants and trees and a big garden for veggies. In the one front bed I have a rose garden. Most of the rose bushes there are from bushes I got from family, like for Mothers day and things like that. Then I have another area in the back where I take the prunings from the front bushes and start new ones.
Along the front sidewalk I have peonies, and tulips and daffodils in the spring. The peonies were from the farm I grew up at and the plants are from the mid 1800's when my great-great grandmother (on my Dad's side) originally planted them. I moved them when that part of their farm was sold, and now I've multiplied them enough so that all of my relatives now have their own peonies from our ancestors.
In the back yard I have all kinds of plants and trees. Each time a grandchild is born, I plant a tree in their honor. It's cute, they tell people which tree is theirs hahha. I get lots of nursery stock for presents, and when I had cancer in 2002 I got a lot of chrysanthemum plants for gifts while I was in the hospital. Now every fall I enjoy many, many chrysanthemums as I have multiplied those as well. I enjoy gardening so much, not just for the flowers, but for the food it puts on my table during the long winter months!
I hope someday you are able to get enough space to have the types of flowers and garden that you would love. It's so relaxing to take care of one and then watch them come to life and be full of beautiful flowers and all!

I love gardens and flowers especially but I don't have a garden - just a balcony. So I plant my dahlias and freesias in a square planter box. My cyclamens, kalanchoe and African Violets are in pots...and oh, I have spring onions and ginger growing. My ginger plant needs re-potting badly because it can get pretty big. I am hoping that with some luck, I'll get them to flower as well! ^.^
