I have paypal business account and I used it selling ebooks, scripts, softwares online. Upgrading to pro let you use paypal in auctions, and selling goods among others which with personal account these features are limited. I used my own name/site name for the business because in reality I don't own a business myself, it's only to avail the features that the pro biz account can offer.

yes,i also use paypal to pay money.but it need some fee.you may ask the client support of paypal.

I have a paypal account free ,not a bussiness account ,i dont know what you should do to get money by paypal .i use paypal only for my internet bank for money paied and recive money .i do get money from some website .so i think paypal account is real good. it is just my own opinion,please if you have some different idea ,please tell me .
