Annoying banner comes everywhere

Hey guys! have you noticed those banners that pops-ups in mylot, and any other websites you visit? it always carry the official note like " You are the 999,999,99th visitor lucky enough to click this banner" or " No joke! You win, Click to claim"... Those are annoying popsups because I accidentally run my touch pad there and I was redirected to a page of free lotto. My goodness! what a waste of time, I think those are scam crawlers that runs in every websites, if not, what are those?

I hate those banners! I always forget about them until I am doing something that requires sound.

ya, i think so. they very disturb me when enjoying my time of surfing. sometimes those banners organized as flash game. and they give us some games. if we win that games we'll get some ring tones, wallpaper, and mobile games. and i think everybody's different.
