For guacamole,i just mash up around 3 avocados, mix with around 1 cup of sour cream & 1 tablespoon of sweet chill sauce. Just mix it all together. The avocado does not have to be mashed until its completely smooth. Lumpy is fine. But you can alter the amounts of ingredients to suit you.

I love avacados and they are really good for you! Just the other morning I used mine in an omelett with soem turkey and swiss cheese. It was really good.
Below is a recipre for a salad I have made. It seems a little odd, but it's really great for the warm weather.
2 ripe Avocados, chilled, halved, seeded and peeled
2 mangos, chilled, halved, seeded and peeled
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt, to taste
¾ Cup plain low-fat yogurt (Greek style preferred)
2 large limes, juiced
3 Tbsp honey
4 mint sprigs, for garnish
Slice avocado and mango halves lengthwise in ½-inch slices. Arrange the fruit on individual salad plates, alternating the avocado and mango slices. Mix equal parts cayenne pepper and salt and lightly sprinkle over fruit slices, to taste.
Whisk together yogurt, lime juice and honey in a small bowl. Just before serving, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of dressing in a stripe over each salad. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.

You've got a lot of great ideas. Guacamole is a great topping for a lot of dishes. I usually eat my avocado on my spinach salads. It adds a nice texture to it. It is packed full of vitamins, so you know you are eating healthy. My only suggestion is to not eat a whole lot of it at once as it's very high in fat. I usually eat about a quarter of it at a time.

You can make shake out of it taste nice and delicious. You can also make salad, mix it with different fruit. You can eat it with condense milk and ice.
