What movie have you found the worst that you have watched this year either on dvd or at the cinema the worst I have seen is the movie Cloverfield. It looked like a low budget film that a bunch of highschool kids filmed. I kept falling asleep through it too!
What movie did you think was a waste of money?

Yes, I hate the "cloverfield" as well. It is not really what I have expected. It can be a good movie but they ended it up quickly... not a good ending as well. I don't expect it to be that way.

Hi. I love to watch movies too but I usually dont go to movie theatres except when I know its good or my friends have watched it and thought it was worth the money. I jsut usually wait for it to come on cable or I borrow a cd or dvd that my friends have already bought. Easier and cheaper that way. When Im feelng really broed around the house or something then Im bound to rent movies and have a movie marathon of sorts.
Probably the worst movie I will watch this year is Cadaverella. I just borrowed it from my cousin and I wasnt feeling sleepy at 3AM si I watched it. Only other movie that I havent watched in my drawer. Its just like you described. An independent low budget film made by high school kids who probably had some cash to burn with the equipment and special effects that they did. They have a sort of behind the scenes bloopers kind of clips with the ending credits. I think it only had about 10 people in the production. 5 actors who play double roles and 5 crew members who shot the whole thing and other stuffs. Its not even in Flixster. I dont know if they have a site but I wont even bother to check it out. Good thing it was lent to me and it served its purpose (giving me somehting to watch while I try to fall asleep) so I dont mind.

You know what? I havent even been to the movie theater in about 2 or 3 years.LOL And I havent rented a movie either. We use to rent movies all the time. Maybe I should start that again. I really hate when a movie is lousy like that. Thanks for the great idea!LOL

I rarely watch movies in the cinema because I can always borrow copies from friends. So it's not really a waste of money issue for me, just a waste of time. I don't have a bad movie for this year yet but last year I thought the movie 21 - about college students going to a casino to use math to win was a bore. There was already an episode similar to it in Numb3rs. Total lack of original concept.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!
