how do you get tags

i just wanted to know how do you get tags i assume pictures you have where do you list them help

When you start or respond or comment on a discussion you are given the option to put tags on it. With photos when you upload there is a section to tag them. At the bottom left of the discussion you'll see a submit tag box just put them in there.
