The true side of a friend?

I had a friend that I spent a lot of time with, but he then said that his family decided that it is better for them to move to another city. All my colleagues gave a ,,Goodbye'' party and everybody tried to have a good time with the guy until he left. Then after that he promised some colleagues ( his best friends, including me) that the first thing he does will be to call us. Ok,2 days past, he didn't call us, we figuered that he had problems with the telephone or something at his new house. After 2 WEEKS he goes ,,ONLINE" on the Messenger, we weren't very happy, but we tried to talk to him. To most of them he said ,, leave me alone'' (thinks like that, only meaner that I can't say on MyLot) . Eventually I was the only guy he didn't swear and told him what was going on at school,eventually he swears me to, but calls me a ,,Moldovean'' . That means that I am from a certain region of the country , and he insults me for that. It's like calling somebody from Texas: ,,cow-dude'' or,,texas boy'' Well he is from ,,Moldova'' to!(A part of Romania) Recently I found out that he may come back this year, what do you think I should do?
